李明晖,博士,副教授,致力于先进耐火材料、结构陶瓷与高温功能材料、耐火材料-冶金学科交叉和固废材料化利用等方面的教学与科研工作;先后主持和参与省部级以上及企业重大产学研项目20余项,5项技术鉴定为国际领先水平;以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of the American Ceramic SocietyConstruction and Building MaterialsJournal of the European Ceramic SocietyCeramics InternationalJournal of Alloys and Compounds等国际和国内权威学术期刊上发表学术论文30余篇;第一发明人授权专利28项;主持和参与行业标准和团体标准2项;获省、市及中国宝武重大科技创新奖励13项次,其中湖北省技术发明二等奖1项,湖北省科技进步三等奖1项,武汉市科技进步奖3项;获第二届中央企业青年创新优秀奖1项和全国与世界发明展金奖2项。
